Today I attended the funeral for Alan Smith at New Milton crematorium, I will always have a lasting memory of a beautiful service and tribute to him, the celebrant was very uplifting and will have this memory for ever

The whole process was handled beautifully and gracefully, in an exceptionally professional and caring manner. Although this has been an extremely sad time, Diamond and Son made it the best it could be. I cannot praise them highly enough. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding—particularly Steph, both in the lead-up to the funeral and on the day itself. She is a truly caring, compassionate professional.

Diamond & Sons looked after everything, from the evening our Mum passed, to after the funeral perfectly. I was comfortable that she was in the best hands. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My son Samuel passed away unexpectedly, we approached Stephanie and the team to help us arrange his service. I cannot express how fantastic they were and handled it so professionally particularly with the involvement of the Royal Navy and the complexities that brought, which was a first for them. I would thoroughly recommend entrusting them to take care for you and your loved ones during these distressing times. Thank you all again Paul

We were very impressed with Diamonds and Sons. Stephanie guided us through the funeral arrangements and was available to answer questions and queries. On the day, the service went smoothly and feedback was good, not only from those who were present, but also from friends and family viewing on line at the time and later. (It was great to be able to offer the webcast to those who couldn’t attend.) Our celebrant Helen had just the right tone and with Stephanie and her team we had the perfect level of formality on a difficult occasion.

From the first time I met the team of Lisa, Stephanie and Victoria they all helped me at all stages from organising to funeral to the funeral itself, I could not ask for more. I even had a nice call from Victoria a few days later asking how everyone was. Highly recommended.
